Block Ace
Superior to 1% BSA, BLOCK ACE is a high-performance blocking reagent for ELISA assays and Western blotting. In comparison to BSA, BLOCK ACE provides reduced backgrounds and sharper standard curves. It can also be used as a wash buffer, and for diluting antibodies.
BSA Block
Minimize non-specific binding in direct and indirect ELISAs using BSA BLOCK. Based on BSA, this buffer has a proprietary protein stabilizer that creates a long-term stable environment for coating antigens or capture antibodies.
ELISA Synblock
For maximum blocking strength use SYNBLOCK. The inert nature of this novel and unique blocking agent eliminates background interference associated with sandwich ELISA assays.
ELISA Ultrablock
Enables the detection of tiny amounts of specific antigen. Due to the small size of the blocking agent (based on fish proteins), ULTRABLOCK can coat non-specific binding sites that are sterically inaccessible to traditional blockers. By virtually eliminating the background it vastly enhances the sensitivity of your assay.
ELISA Neptune Buffer
Avoid cross-reactivity with mammalian proteins with this ideal companion to ELISA ULTRABLOCK. This buffer is also based on fish proteins and reduces non-specific binding between the sample matrix and the protein adsorbed to the ELISA plate.
ELISA General Buffer
Improves standard curves and reduces false positives by stabilizing the non-specific background generated by the sample matrix and diluent. The buffer contains goat serum proteins and is recommended for plasma, serum or cell culture samples.
ELISA IgM Reducing Buffer
Diminishes background noise in problematic samples such as plasma, serum or cell culture. It contains a chelator to help prevent interference from complement and thrombin, and agents to reduce IgM-related non-specific binding between serum/plasma proteins and the plate surface.
ELISA Wash Buffer
Ready to use alternative to traditional PBS and TWEEN buffers. The optimized formulation of pH stabilisers, salts and detergents increases the efficiency of washing stages during ELISAs. This leads to a reduction in background noise and an increased specific signal.
ELISA Diluent-Rabbit Polyclonal
For outstanding results with HRP conjugates use this buffer. It has been specially designed to stabilize HRP in reconstituted antibodies and to prevent non-specific HRP staining.
ELISA Coating Buffer
Stabilizes and maximizes protein adsorption onto polystyrene plates. The antigenic regions of the coating protein are preserved allowing greater binding reactivity and an enhanced specific signal.
HiSpec Assay Diluent
Reduces cross reactivity, non-specific binding and matrix effects in immunoassays, including immunohistochemistry. HiSpec is designed to reduce interference in immunoassays and optimizes results.
