In addition to  antibody manufacturing and conjugation services we are also able to offer a number of antibody processing services:

Purification

Our proprietary purification processes are designed to maximize the yield, purity, and immunoreactivity of your antibodies. We offer the following purification processes:

• protein G,
• protein A,
• Ion exchange chromatography.

Freeze Drying

To prolong the shelf-life and improve the temperature stability of antibodies we are able to offer lyophilization of your antibody. This is especially effective for those conjugated with RPE and APC. We are happy to advise you on the suitability of freeze drying for your particular project, and is available both as a standalone process or as part of a larger custom project.

F(ab’)2 Fragments

For over 100 mg quantities of purified IgG, we can produce F(ab’)2 fragments from your polyclonal antibody, both as a standalone project and as part of an ongoing custom project.

Agarose Bead Conjugation

Our agarose and cross-linked agarose bead conjugation services offer conjugations to a variety of molecules - these include proteins, peptides, and numerous small molecules with reactive groups to assist you in your purification and immuno-precipitation protocols. Quality Control 

We test and validate all custom antibodies according to our ISO-accredited design and production quality assurance system. Our comprehensive testing facility includes:
