Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 1ml sterile PBS.
Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. AbD Serotec recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.
N.B. For functional studies do not add sodium azide.

Description
730001L is a monomeric protein lacking cysteine residues.

Protein A binds the Fc portion of human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 (weakly), IgG4, and mouse IgG1 (weakly), IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. Protein A also binds IgG from monkey, rabbit, pig, guinea pig, dog and cat.
Storage
Store at -20oC only.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
12 months from date of reconstitution.
