Antisera to mouse ACK1 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Specificity
AHP659 recognises mouse activated p2lcdc42Hs kinase (ACK1), a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase that binds activated CDC42 and inhibits its GTPase activity.
Western Blotting
AHP659 detects a band of approximately 85-95kDa in mouse heart extracts. An overnight incubation time of 12 hours is recommended for this antibody.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
