Intended Use
AbGuardTM HRP Stabilizer can be used for the direct dilution and long-term storage of peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibodies and Streptavidin- or Neutravidin-peroxidase conjugates, even at very low end-user concentrations.

Stability tests performed on an antibody HRP-conjugate incubated with AbGuardTM HRP Stabilizer, at 45oC over 143 days, revealed retention of around 80% of HRP enzymatic activity when measured as an ELISA peroxidase signal. This gives a potential shelf-life at +4oC of more than 6 years by conservative correlation in accordance with Arrhenius.
Instructions For Use
1.Shake bottle thoroughly before use.

2.Can be used directly as assay buffer/conjugate diluent in immunoassays, where HRP is the detector enzyme.

3.Recommended concentration range for conjugate dilutions is between 40-500ng/ml.

4.Recommend user testing for suitability and shelf-life for each peroxidase conjugate.

Store at +4oC. DO NOT FREEZE.
