Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Ag8.X63.653 myeloma cell line.
Specificity
MCA1198F recognises the human CD72 cell surface antigen, an 86kD homodimer expressed on B lymphocytes. The marker is expressed on early B cell precursors, through to mature activated B cells, but is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood Method sheets are available on request.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
