Specificity
MCA2501 recognises human CD72, a 86kD cell surface homodimer which is expressed on B lymphocytes. CD72 is expressed on early B cell precursors, through to mature activated B cells, but is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request
Immunohistology
*This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
