	Specificity	MCA2837 recognises chicken CD80, a type I integral membrane protein, which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. In mammals, CD80 functions as a costimulatory molecule of T-cells through ligation of CD28 and CD152. It is expressed by mature antigen-presenting cells, including activated B-cells, activated T-cells, macrophages and dendritic cells.

	Flow Cytometry	Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

	Storage	Store at +4^oC or at -20^oC if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

	Shelf Life	18 months from date of despatch.
