	Immunogen	pDNA encoding chicken B7-H3 followed by B7-H3 Ig-fusion protein.

	Specificity	MCA2840 recognises chicken B7-H3, which is also known as CD276. B7-H3 is member of the B7 family of regulatory proteins. In mammals, B7-H3 expression is induced upon activation in T-cells, B-cells, dendritic cells, NK cells and monocytes. B7-H3 is also expressed by various carcinoma cells. B7-H3 has been described as a co-inhibitory molecule and is reported to negatively regulate Th1-mediated immune responses.

	Flow Cytometry	Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

	Storage	Store at +4^oC or at -20^oC if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

	Shelf Life	18 months from date of despatch.
