Specificity
MCA4640T recognises human CD266, a receptor for TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK). It is a 14kDa transmembrane protein found on a variety of tissues (notably heart, placenta and kidney) and weakly induces apoptosis in some cell types. TWEAK-R also promotes angiogenesis and the proliferation of endothelial cells.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
