Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 1ml of sterile distilled water. For extended storage use 50% glycerol instead of water.
Antiserum Preparation
Antiserum to sheep IgG was raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
Buffer Solution
Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2
Preservative Stabilisers
0.01% Gentamicin Sulfate
1% Bovine Serum Albumin

Storage
Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC.
After reconstitution store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
12 months from date of reconstitution.
