Specificity
AHP354 recognises human IL-8RA which is also known as CD181. CD181 is expressed by neutrophils and a subset of T cells. AHP354 has not been tested for cross reactivity with IL-8RB.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood Method sheets are available on request.
Storage
Store at +4oC for one month or at -20oC for longer.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
