Specificity
AHP444 recognises human CD172a, also known as signal regulatory protein (SIRP) alpha, SHPS-1, my D-1, BIT and p84. CD172a is a recently cloned glycoprotein which is a substrate of many activated tyrosine kinases.

Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
