	Immunogen	Equine leucocytes

	Fusion Partners	Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.

	Specificity	MCA1079 reacts with equine T lymphocytes but does not recognise B lymphocytes.

	Flow Cytometry	Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

	Recommended Reading	1. Lunn, D.P. et al. (1991) Three monoclonal antibodies identifying antigens on all equine T lymphocytes, and two mutually exclusive T-lymphocyte subsets. I mmunology 74: 251-7.

	Storage	Store at +4^oC or at -20^oC if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

	Shelf Life	18 months from date of despatch.
