Specificity
MCA1207 recognises human CD93, a 126kD cell surface antigen which is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and endothelial cells. CD93 has been shown to be identical to ClqRpAntigen expression is increased by TNF, GM-CSF treatment. Clone X-2 does not affect superoxide production by binding to neutrophils.

PMA stimulation causes down regulation of the CD93 antigen.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC. Following reconstitution store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
12 months from date of reconstitution.
