Specificity
MCA1263Z recognises the Human IL-3 receptor alpha chain (CD123). It is useful for monitoring expression of the receptor on activated endothelial cells, monocytes and eosinophils, sorting bone marrow progenitor cells and purification of basophils.

This antibody does not neutralise the activity of the IL-3 receptor alpha chain.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at -20oC only.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
