Fusion Partners
Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the P3. X63.Ag.8653 mouse myeloma cell line.
Specificity
MCA1314 recognises the human CD60 antigen, a carbohydrate of structure 9-0-acetyl GD3. Stains T cell subsets and platelets.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
