Fusion Partners
Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3.X63 Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
Specificity
MCA1315F recognises the human CD1b cell surface glycoprotein, a 45kD molecule expressed by thymocytes, Langerhans cells, dendritic cells and a subset of B cells.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at +4oC for one month or at -20oC for longer.

This product should be stored undiluted. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
