Specificity
MCA1470PE recognises the human CD182 cell surface antigen, also known as the type B interleukin 8 receptor, and also as CXCR2.

CD182 is expressed by neutrophils and monocytes, as well as on some subsets of T cells and endothelial cells.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood Method sheets are available on request.

This product should be stored undiluted. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
