Specificity
MCA1477 recognises a highly conserved epitope of the CD3 molecule expressed by T lymphocytes.
Flow Cytometry
* Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. AbD Serotec recommends the use of Leucoperm (Product Code BUF09) for this purpose.
Immunohistology
** This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections. 1mM EDTA pH8.0 is recommended for this purpose.
