Spleen cells from immunised rats were fused with cells of the rat Y3/AG 1.2.3 myeloma cell line.
Specificity
MCA1766G recognises human CD139, a 228kD molecule expressed by germinal centre B cells, follicular dendritic cells and the follicular mantle. Smooth muscle of some blood vessels is also stained in some cases.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
