Specificity
MCA1783 recognises bovine interferon gamma..
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.

*Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. AbD Serotec recommends the use of Leucoperm™ (Product Code BUF09) for this purpose.
ELISA
This antibody may be used in a sandwich ELISA in combination with clone CC330 (MCA2112) and recombinant bovine IFN gamma (PBP007).

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
