Purified IgG conjugated to R. Phycoerythrin (RPE) - Cy5 - lyophilised

MCA2248C is a cocktail of RPE-Cy5 conjugated antibodies specific for CD3/CD14/CD16/CD19/CD34. Dendritic cells in peripheral blood are not stained by this combination of antibodies. Since dendritic cells strongly express HLA-DR, this cocktail may be used in conjunction with Mouse anti human HLA-DR:RPE - MCA1879PE to identify dendritic cells.

Use 20 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100ul whole blood.

Store at +4^oC before reconstitution +4^oC after reconstitution.
This product should be stored undiluted.
DO NOT FREEZE This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
