Fusion Partners
Spleen cells of immunised mice were fused with cells from the SP2/0 mouse myeloma line.
Specificity
MCA465S immunoblots vinculin on SDS gels and a 130kD band from homogenates of platelets and other cells. It reacts with leucocytes, muscle cells, epithelial cells and fibroblasts.
Flow Cytometry
Serotec recommends the use of Leucoperm™ (Product Code BUF09) for this purpose.
Immunohistology
**This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate pH6.0 is recommended for this purpose.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
