Spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunised were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma line.
Specificity
MCA469GA recognises CD9, a 24kD surface glycoprotein expressed by platelets, monocytes, some lymphocytes and endothelial cells. CD9 is a member of the tetraspan gene family.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
