Specificity
MCA556 reacts with the human CDw78 cell surface antigen expressed by B cells. In immunohistology the antibody also recognises macrophages and some epithelial cells.
Flow Cytometry
Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.
Storage
Store at +4oC for one month or at -20oC for longer.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

18 months from date of despatch.
