Specificity
OBT1117 recognises rat Aquaporin 8 (AQP8) a member of a family of membrane water channels which exist throughout nature and include CHIP, MIP and other aquaporins. APQ8 is a 28kDa channel with an unusually long N-terminus and short C-terminus, which was first identified in rat pancreas and testis, but is also found in the colon, liver and salivary glands.

Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
