Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human lambda chains were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography. F(ab')2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.

Specificity
STAR103PE recognises human lambda chains, and demonstrates <1% cross-reactivity with other human immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.
Flow Cytometry
Use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.
Storage
Store at +4oC.

This product should be stored undiluted. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
