Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to Sheep IgG were raised by repeated immunisation of a donkey with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Immunogen

Specificity
STAR88A recognises both sheep and goat IgG, which are immunologically very similar.
