Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human IgG were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography. F(ab')2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.

Specificity
STAR97F recognises human IgG, and demonstrates <1% cross-reactivity with other human immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.

This antibody does not cross-react with Goat IgG F(c) or mouse, rat, bovine and horse serum proteins, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis.
Flow Cytometry
Use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Method sheets are available on request.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
