Help with Credit Card Ordering

Your question may be answered in our “Online Ordering Information” section (see “Quick Links” box on the right). Alternatively, the following may be of assistance:

  • I’ve forgotten my username or password

Just complete the “Forgot Your Password” or “Forgot Your Username” process when you reach the credit card Log in screen for an automatic reminder to be sent to the email address you registered with

If you still have problems please contact ebusiness@abdserotec.com for support stating your institution, full address, and the email account you used to register with us

  • My credit card has been declined

There are a number of reasons why this may have occurred:

(a)  The address your credit card is registered at does not match the billing address you have entered during checkout. Please re-check

(b)  We do not accept your payment card. The credit cards we support are clearly listed in the checkout process

(c)  Your bank has declined our request for payment. You will need to contact your bank directly as we are not informed about the reason
