Custom Antibody Services
AbD Serotec’s custom antibody services include a wide range of antibody manufacture and modification options. Whether you need a large amount of antibody for a special project, or in-house demand exceeds your capacity, AbD Serotec are able to accommodate a wide range of client needs. The services are available on a one-off basis or as part of an ongoing production provision to provide a one-stop solution for all your custom antibody needs.
Our custom antibody services include mouse monoclonal hybridoma generation, numerous species options for polyclonal antibodies, tissue culture, and downstream processing of antibodies – including serum purification and conjugations to various fluorochromes.
Antibody Manufacturing and Production
AbD Serotec are able to offer a range of custom antibody manufacturing services, including:
- Mouse monoclonal generation, including mouse immunization, screening, and the provision of at least 2 clones for customer testing.
- Human monoclonal generation using our proprietary HuCAL® technology – generating fully human antibodies without the use of animals.
- Polyclonal generation for multi-species including rabbit, chicken, and goat, including immunization, project bleeds and screening.
- Tissue culture from existing cell lines in varying batch sizes.
- Baculovirus expression services to generate high quality custom proteins in a complete gene to protein service.
