- Promotion is available for multiple orders.
- Free antigen generation applies only to target antigen, that is: the antigen that the antibody should recognize.
- Antigens for counter-selection are excluded from the promotion.
- Antigen generation takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks
- Antigens from Cell Free Expression – we will use the unpurified and biotinylated antigen material for antibody generation. Small amounts of unpurified antigen material will be delivered unless it is consumed in the library screening. Further purification and delivery of purified material is possible and subject to additional costs.
- Antigens from Bacterial Expression – we will use our AgX Expression service to generate and purify bacterially expressed fusion proteins. 75µg of purified antigen will be delivered unless it is consumed in the library screening. Further delivery of purified material is possible and subject to additional costs.
- Antigens from Mammalian Expression – we will use unpurified Fc-tagged antigen material for antibody generation. Small amounts of unpurified antigen material will be delivered unless it is consumed in the library screening. Further purification and delivery of purified material is possible and subject to additional costs.
- Antibody generation takes 8 weeks.
- Customers interested in the taking advantage of this promotion should complete an Inquiry Form and include “Free Ag” or “25% off library” in the Comments field:
- Once the form has been received a representative from the HuCAL Account Management team will contact the customer to finalize details of the customer specific project and provide the customer with a project description including firm price quotation.
- Quotations will be provided in either USD, GBP or Euro based on the country of order. Projects will be invoiced in the currency on the quotation. Invoices are to be paid in the currency of invoice.
- Order must be received by August 28, 2009 to be valid for the promotional prices, For orders received after August 28, 2009, the list price on the quotation will apply.
