The HuCAL antibody generation and screening process can take as little as 8 weeks and includes all the steps shown in the flow diagram below.

Key steps:

  • 3 rounds of selection from the antibody phage library
  • Subcloning to produce chosen format
  • ELISA screening of 368 clones
  • Production and sequencing of up to 20 clones
  • Delivery of up to 10 unique Fab antibodies
