OBT1988G is a unique formulation specifically designed for use with anti-IgG-HRP conjugates. This diluent contains proprietary non-mammalian protein additives which will not interfere with anti-IgG-HRP conjugates used in antigen-down and sandwich ELISA formats (it does not contain BSA). These additives also provide additional structural stability to the IgG-HRP conjugate protein complex. OBT1988G will also inhibit conjugate binding to non-specific serum proteins bound to the plate, thus reducing conjugate bridging on the plate surface and lowering background noise.

This product should be stored undiluted. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
