In addition to Western blot loading controls that assist with the quantification of your Western blot data we offer a range of specialized reagents for improving your signal to noise ratio:

• AbGuard® AP Stabilizer  - is an optimized diluent for the long term storage of alkaline phosphatase conjugated antibodies and other conjugated proteins. It provides superior stabilization of AP-conjugates at low and high dilutions, preventing the loss of phosphatase activity.
• AbGuard® HRP Stabilizer - is an optimized diluent for the long term storage of peroxidase conjugated antibodies and other conjugated proteins. It provides superior stabilization of HRP-conjugates at low and high dilutions, preventing the loss of peroxidase activity.
• Block ACE - high-performance Western blotting blocking reagent. Block ACE can also be used as a blocking reagent in immunoassay experiments and has been shown to result in better blocking results compared to BSA .
• TidyBlot Western blot detection reagent:HRP - exclusively binds to native non-denatured antibodies and not to any IgGs present in your immunoprecipitate or lysate. Avoid obstruction by IgG heavy and light chains and produce background free Western blots. In addition TidyBlot detects a variety of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies - no need to buy several HRP conjugated secondary antibodies.
