Mouse anti Human CD19
- Product Type
- Monoclonal Antibody
- Clone
- Bu12
- Isotype
- IgG1
- Specificity
- CD19
Mouse anti Human CD19 antibody, clone Bu12 recognizes human CD19, a 95 kDa cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed on cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells but absent on plasma cells. CD19 is an important signal transduction molecule which is involved in the regulation of B lymphocyte development, activation and differentiation. |
