The AbD Serotec Research Rewards Program is one of the most generous programs in the antibody industry - you can earn your first Reward with as few as 4 Affinity Tokens! The program includes many ethical rewards that benefit research or education, or provides product discounts, and therefore should be available to most researchers in North America, the UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia and Ireland. We regret that it is not currently available to researchers in other countries.

How does the Research Rewards Program work?
You can find the full Terms and Conditions for the Research Rewards Program here, but here is a brief overview:
Earning Affinity Tokens
- You will earn 1 Affinity Token per £50/€75/$100 Eligible Purchase Value. The Eligible Purchase Value is the invoiced charge for products per order after all discounts have been applied, and does not include delivery or handling charges, or fees for HuCAL custom monoclonal development.
- Affinity Tokens are shipped with products, have no expiry date, and can be shared or exchanged freely between researchers, labs, or even departments to give you the maximum possible freedom to earn the Reward want. BUT – we do not keep track of how many Affinity Tokens you have, so please look after them carefully! We recommend sticking them directly to your Affinity Token Collection Card, which you can download here.
- We will occasionally run Special Offers where extra Affinity Tokens can be earned for your purchases, so sign up for our monthly eNewsletter to be sure you don’t miss out! Click Here
Claiming Rewards
- Currently available Research Rewards and the number of Affinity Tokens you need to earn them are listed here . Just pick the one you want (but make sure that you have enough Affinity Tokens stuck to your Collection Card!)
- When you are sure you have enough Affinity Tokens, complete your details on the Research Rewards Program Collection Card, indicate which Reward you would like and then post it to the AbD Serotec Sales Office for your country. Only original Research Rewards Affinity Tokens can be accepted, and we can’t take responsibility for Collection Cards lost in the mail – so we strongly advise you to use Recorded Delivery when you post them!

Since our products are purchased from research budgets, we have tried to create Rewards that will save you some budget money in other areas, or simply provide a discount on future purchases.
