Overview

Immunohistochemistry- Frozen

A: Rat anti mouse F4/80 (MCA497G) at a dilution of 1/100 followed by goat anti rat IgG:HRP (STAR72) at 1/50 dilution.
B: Rat anti mouse F4/80 (MCA497G) preincubated with 2 molar excess of human anti Idiotypic CI:A3-1 (F4/80) antibody (HCA154) followed by goat anti rat IgG:HRP (STAR72).
C: Rat anti mouse F4/80 (MCA497G) at a 1/100 dilution followed by goat anti rat IgG Antibody: HRP (STAR72) as the secondary antibody at a 1/50 dilution.
Flow Cytometry
For all your multicolor Flow Cytometry needs antibodies are available conjugated to a large selection of Alexa Fluor® and conventional dyes such as FITC and PE. The fluorescence conjugate options also include two exclusive Alexa Fluor® tandems; RPE-Alexa Fluor® 647 and RPE-Alexa Fluor® 750. A low endotoxin version of the CI:A3-1 F4/80 antibody is available for use in functional studies. It is also worth noting that handy prepared cocktails which are 2, 3 or 4 colored are available.
