Interleukins, interferons, and chemokines are cytokines that modulate the ovine immune response, regulating key aspects of sheep immunity, e.g. inflammation. Ovine cytokine antibodies are relevant to assays such as measuring Th1 and Th2 responses and examination of correlates of protection in vaccine efficacy studies.

Ovine monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies reactive to sheep IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, GM-CSF, and TNF-alpha are available for immune function assays. These are supplemented by validated ovine cross-reactive antibodies to IFN-gamma and IL-10. All guaranteed to perform in ELISA, with many ovine cytokine antibodies also supporting western blotting and flow cytometry applications.
